The author considers the initial value problem \[ \begin{aligned} & \frac{d^2x}{dt^2} = e^{\alpha \lambda t}x^{1 + \alpha }, \\ & x(t_0 ) = a, \quad {x}'(t_0 ) = a, \quad - \infty < t_0 < \infty , \quad - \infty < b < \infty,\end{aligned}\tag{1} \] where \(t\) and \(x\) are real variables, \( - \infty < t < \infty \), \(x > 0\); and \(\alpha \) and \(\lambda \) are real parameters; \(\alpha < - 1\), \(\lambda < 0\). It is shown that for every positive solution of (1) either an asymptotic form or an analytical expression obtained that is valid in a neighborhood of an end of its domain.
