Napoleon's problem -- the circumcenters of the three equilateral triangles \(ABC'\), \(BCA'\), \(CAB'\) erected outwardly on the sides of an arbitrary triangle \(ABC\) are the vertices of an equilateral triangle -- cannot be generalized in a straightforward manner to higher dimensions, given that regular \(d\)-simplices cannot be erected on the faces of an arbitrary \(d\)-dimplex for \(d\geq 3\). However, if a triangle \(ABC\) has an interior Fermat-Torricelli point \(F\), then one can obtain the configuration of Napoleon's problem without reference to equilateral triangles, as the vertices \(A'\), \(B'\), \(C'\) of these equilateral triangles are also (1) the intersection points of the lines \(FA\), \(FB\), \(FC\) with the circumcircles of the triangles \(FBC\), \(FAC\), \(FAB\), and (2) the points on the rays \(\overarrow{AF}\), \(\overarrow{BF}\), \(\overarrow{CF}\) for which \(AA'=BB'=CC'=FA+FB+FC\). These alternate definitions allow higher-dimensional generalizations: those based on (1) have been treated in [\textit{H. Martini} and \textit{B. Weissbach}, Geom. Dedicata 74, No.~2, 213--223 (1999; Zbl 0920.51008)], whereas those based on (2) are the subject of the current paper.
