The overdeterminedness of a class of functional equations (Q2474091)

The overdeterminedness in the sense of \textit{B. Paneah} [Discrete Contin. Dyn. Syst. 10, No. 1--2, 497--505 (2004; Zbl 1057.39022); erratum ibid. 11, No. 2--3, 744 (2004)] of the functional equation \[ f(F(x,y))=H[f(x),f(y),x,y], \; x,y \in I^{2} \] is given. The topological dynamics is used to obtain the main result. Moreover, the author compares the notions of overdeterminedness and redundancy.
