Given a finite set \(S\) of \(n\) elements with an involution \(\sigma:S\to S\), a real rational \(S,\sigma)\)-marked stable curve is an arithmetic genus zero curve with only nodal singularities and a set \(S\) embedded into the nonsingular part of the curve in such a way that the action of \(\sigma\) on \(S\) is induced by the complex conjugation on the curve. The stability then is understood as the triviality of the automorphism group. The author studies the moduli space \(\overline{M}^\sigma_S({\mathbb R})\) which parameterizes isomorphism classes of real stable rational \((S,\sigma)\)-marked curves. In the case of the identity map \(\sigma\), \textit{P. Etingof, A. Henriques, J. Kamnitzer} and \textit{E. Rains} [The cohomology ring of the real locus of the moduli space of stable curves of genus 0 with marked points, \url{arXiv:math.AT/0507514}] computed the \({\mathbb Q}\)-cohomology algebra of \(\overline{M}^{id}_S({\mathbb R})\). The main results of the author is the computation of the \({\mathbb Z}\)-homology of the considered moduli spaces with an arbitrary involution \(\sigma\) and of their fundamental groups. So, is is shown that the homology of \(\overline{M}^\sigma_S({\mathbb R})\) is isomorphic to its graph homology, i.e., the homology of the graph complex, whose chain groups are generated by the (relative) fundamental classes of the strata, related to combinatorics of possible degenerations of the real marked rational curves. In particular, all the relations in homology of the moduli spaces considered (including the associativity relations, \(A_\infty\)-type relations, and the Cardy relations) can be derived from the graph complex.
