The main result consists in a weighted estimate for the \(k\)-th order commutators of Calderon-Zygmund operators with \(RBMO(\mu)\) functions. Here \(RBMO(\mu)\) is a generalization of the John-Nirenberg space \(BMO\) introduced by \textit{X. Tolsa} [Math. Ann. 319, No. 1, 89--149 (2001; Zbl 0974.42014)] and \(\mu\) denotes a nonnegative Radon measure which is not assumed to be a doubling measure. Earlier results in the literature have been concerned only with the unweighted case or with commutators of order \(k=1\) [\textit{see G.~Hu, Y.~Meng, D.~Yang}, Integral Equations Oper. Theory 51, No. 2, 235--255 (2005; Zbl 1088.47028) and \textit{W.~Chen, B.~Zhao}, J. Inequal. Appl. 2006, Article ID 89396, 14 p. (2006; Zbl 1200.42007)].
