    Let \(T\) be a positive closed current of bidimension \((p,p)\) on \(\mathbb C^n\). The main results of the paper are the following three theorems: (1) Let \(u\in\mathcal{PSH}(\mathbb C^n)\), \(u\geq0\), \(\mathbb C^n=\mathbb C^k\times\mathbb C^{n-k}\) with \(1\leq k\leq p-1\). Assume that there exist compact non-pluripolar sets \(F'\subset\mathbb C^k\), \(F_{k+1},\dots,F_n\subset\mathbb C\) such that \[ \begin{aligned} \lim_{r\to+\infty}\frac{n_{\langle uT, \pi',z'\rangle}(r)}{\log r}&=0,\quad z'\in F',\\ \lim_{r\to+\infty}\frac{n_{\langle uT, \pi_j,z_j\rangle}(r)}{\log r}&=0,\quad z_j\in F_j,\;j=k+1,\dots,n. \end{aligned} \] Then \(dd^c(uT)=0\). (2) Assume that there exist compact non-pluripolar sets \(K\subset\mathbb C^p\), \(K_{p+1},\dots,K_n\subset\mathbb C\) such that for all \(z'\in K\) the slice \(\langle T,\pi',z'\rangle\) is algebraic and for all \(j\in\{p+1,\dots,n\}\), \(z_j\in K\), the slice \(\langle T,\pi_j,z_j\rangle\) vanishes. Then \(T\) is algebraic. (3) Let \(q\geq n-p\) and let \(E\) be a Borel subset of \(G_{q,n}\setminus E_0\) with non-zero Fubini-Study measure \(\mu(E)\), where \(G_{q,n}\) denotes the Grassmanian of \(q\)-dimensional vector subspaces in \(\mathbb C^n\) and \(E_0\subset G_{q,n}\) is a pluripolar set such that the slice \(T| _L\) exists for all \(L\in G_{q,n}\setminus E_0\). Then there exists constants \(c_1, c_2>0\) such that \(c_1n_T(c_2r)\leq\int_En_{T| _L}(r)\,d\mu(L)\) for big \(r\).
