Functional differential equations with random impulses \[ x'(t)= f(t, x_t),\;t\geq t_0,\;t\neq\xi_k,\;x(\xi_k)= I(\tau_k, x(\xi^-_k)),\;k= 1,2,\dots, x_{t_0}= \varphi\tag{1} \] are considered. The following stability conditions were obtained by using Lyapunov's method with Razumikhin condition. Theorem. Let \(x(t)\) be a solution of system (1) and \(p> 0\). Suppose that there exist constants \(c_1,c_2> 0\), \(q\geq 1\) and a function \(V(t,x)\) satisfying the following conditions: {\parindent=8mm\begin{itemize}\item[(i)] \(c_1\| x\|^p\leq V(t,x)\leq c_2\| x\|^p\); \item[(ii)] there exists a function \(\lambda: \mathbb{R}_\tau\to \mathbb{R}\) such that \(qV(t, x(t))\geq V(t+ s,x(t+ s))\) for all \(s\in[- r,0]\) implies \[ {d\over dt} V(t, x(t))\leq \lambda(t) V(t, x(t)),\quad t\neq \xi_k,\quad k= 1,2,\dots; \] \item[(iii)] there exists functions \(w_k: D_k\to \mathbb{R}_+\) such that for any \(x\in\mathbb{R}^n\) \[ V(\xi_k, I_k(\tau_k, x))\leq [1+ w_k(\tau_k)] V(\xi^-+k, x),\quad k= 1,2,\dots; \] \item[(iv)] \(\int^{+\infty}_\tau \lambda^+(s)\,ds< +\infty\), where \(\lambda^+(s)= \max\{\lambda(s), 0\}\);\item[(v)] \(\sum^{+\infty}_{j= 1} E[w_j(\tau_j)]< +\infty\). \end{itemize}} Then the zero solution of system (1) is \(p\)-moment stable.
