    Let \(\Omega\) be a homogeneous function of degree zero on \(\mathbb{R}^n\), which satisfies \(\int_{S^{n-1}} \Omega (y) d \sigma (y) = 0\). The following operator is called a singular integral operator along the surface of revolution \(\{ (y, \phi (y) ) : y \in \mathbb{R}^n \}\). \[ T_{\Omega , \phi} f(x,t) = p.v. \int_{R^n} f(x-y, t - \phi ( | y |) ) \frac{ \Omega (y)}{ | y |^{n}}dy. \] \textit{W.-J. Kim, S. Wainger, J. Wright} and \textit{S. Ziesler} [Bull. Lond. Math. Soc. 28, No. 3, 291--296 (1996; Zbl 0893.42004)] proved the following. Suppose \(\Omega \in C^{\infty} (S^{n-1})\) and \(\phi\) is \(C^2\), convex and increasing. Then \(T_{\Omega , \phi}\) is bounded on \(L^p(\mathbb{R}^{n+1})\) for \(1<p< \infty\). When \(\Omega \in L \log^{+} L (S^{n-1})\), \textit{A. Al-Salman} and \textit{Y. Pan} [J. Lond. Math. Soc., II. Ser. 66, No. 1, 153--174 (2002; Zbl 1027.42013)] found the condition on \(\phi\) that assure the \(L^p\) boundedness of \(T_{\Omega , \phi}\). When \(\Omega \in H^{1} (S^{n-1})\), \textit{S. Lu, Y. Pan} and \textit{D. Yang} [Proc. Am. Math. Soc. 129, No. 10, 2931--2940 (2001; Zbl 0976.42009)] found the condition on \(\phi\) that assure the \(L^p\) boundedness of \(T_{\Omega , \phi}\). The author considers the following more general operator. \[ T_{\Omega , \phi, \psi, b} f(x,t) = p.v. \int_{R^n} f(x-y, t - \phi ( \psi ( | y |) )) b( \psi ( | y | )) \frac{ \Omega (y)}{ | y |^{n}}dy. \] \textit{S. Wainger, J. Wright} and \textit{S. Ziesler} [J. Funct. Anal. 167, No. 1, 148--182 (1999; Zbl 0942.42007)] considered the case \(\Omega \in C^{\infty}(S^{n-1})\). He considers the cases \(\Omega \in L \log^{+} L (S^{n-1})\) and \(\Omega \in H^{1}(S^{n-1})\).
