Consider the dynamic system \[ \dot x(t)= A(t)x(t)+ A_d(t)x(t- r(t))+ B(t)u(t),\;y(t)= C(t)x(t)+ D(t)u(t),\tag{1} \] where \(u\), \(x\) and \(y\) are the input, state and output real vector functions, respectively, satisfying certain conditions. In the article existence conditions for solution of (1) are formulated. Stability conditions of the delay system are obtained.
