The notion of CR-submanifold of a Kähler manifold has been introduced by \textit{A. Bejancu} [Proc. Am. Math.Soc., 69, 135--142 (1978; Zbl 0368.53040)]. A real hypersurface of a Kähler manifold is a CR-submanifold which is neither invariant nor an anti-invariant submanifold. \textit{T. Hamada} [Glasgow Math. J. 41, 297--302 (1999; Zbl 0978.53104)] proved the non existence of real hypersurfaces with recurrent Ricci tensor of \(\mathbb C\mathbb P^m\) under the condition that the structure vector field of the real hypersurface is a principal curvature vector field. The purpose of the present paper is to extend the above result to CR-submanifolds. More precisely, the author proves the non existence of CR-submanifolds of the complex space form \(M^m(c), \;c\neq 0\), with semi-flat normal connection, provided the rank of the holomorphic distribution is greater than 2.
