The main result of the paper is as follows. Theorem. If \(t\) satisfies a given condition, then the following are equivalent: (i) \(t\) is nuclear (resp., \(t\) is Hilbert-Schmidt); (ii) \(\sum a_n(t,\gamma)<\infty\) (resp., \(\sum a_n(t,\gamma)^2<\infty\)); (iii) \(\sum a_n(t,\sigma)<\infty\) (resp., \(\sum a_n(t,\sigma)^2< \infty\)).
