The paper deals with the system of differential equations of the form \[ \varepsilon\,\frac{dx}{dt}=a(t)x+b(t)y+f(t), \] \[ \mu\,\frac{dy}{dt}=c(t)x+d(t)y+g(t), \] \[ x(0)=x^0,y(0)=y^0, \] where the functions \(a(t), b(t), c(t), d(t), f(t)\) and \(g(t)\) are sufficiently smooth for \(t\in[0,T]\) and satisfy the conditions \[ a(t)<0,\quad d(t)<0,\quad b(t)c(t)-a(t)d(t)<0,\quad b(t)c(t)<0, \] \(\varepsilon>0\) and \(\mu>0\) are small parameters. The asymptotic expansion of the solution of the above Cauchy problem is constructed under the condition that \(\varepsilon\) and \(\mu\) independently tend to zero. The main aim of the present paper is to justify the asymptotics uniform with respect to the independent small parameters.
