The authors consider a time-dependent linear system \[ \dot x = A(t)x + B(t)u \] with bounded piecewise continuous coefficients. The problem being considered consists in finding a non-autonomous state-linear feedback \(u(t,x)=U(t)x\) such that the Lyapunov exponents of the corresponding homogeneous closed system equal a priori given (arbitrary) constants. The paper presents a sufficient condition for existence of a bounded piecewise continuous feedback matrix \(U(\cdot)\) in the case when \(B(\cdot ) \) is square but is not required to be uniformly continuous and is allowed to be singular for some values of \(t \geq 0\).
