Let \((X,S)\) be a dynamical system. A topological semigroup \(S\) is called a \(C\)-semigroup if, for any \(s_0\in S\), \(S\backslash \{s_0\}\) is relatively compact. The topologically transitive dynamical system is called an \(M\)-system if the set of almost periodic points is dense in \(X\). The main result of this article, which is a generalization of [\textit{E.\,Glasner} and \textit{B.\,Weiss}, Nonlinearity 6, No.\,6, 1067--1075 (1993; Zbl 0790.58025)], is the following. Theorem 5.7. Let \((X,d)\) be a Polish \(S\)-system where \(S\) is a \(C\)-semigroup. If \(X\) is an \(M\)-system which is not minimal or not equicontinuous, then \(X\) is sensitive. This theorem is proved using following propositions and theorems. Let \(S\) be a \(C\)-semigroup. Proposition 5.1. Assume that \((X,d)\) is a point transitive \(S\)-system such that \(\text{Eq}(X)\neq\emptyset\), where \(x_0\in \text{Eq}(X)\) if \(S\) acts equicontinuously at \(x_0\). Then every transitive point is an equicontinuous point. Proposition 5.2. Assume that \((X,d)\) is a metric \(S\)-system which is minimal and \(\text{Eq}(X)\neq\emptyset\). Then \(X\) is equicontinuous. Proposition 5.3. Assume that \((X,d)\) is a Polish topologically transitive \(S\) system. Then \(X\) is almost equicontinuous if and only if \(\text{Eq}(X)\neq\emptyset\). Proposition 5.5. Assume that \((X,d)\) is a topologically transitive Polish \(S\)-system. Then the system is almost equicontinuous if and only if it is non-sensitive. Theorem 5.6. Let \((X,d)\) be a metric \(S\)-system where \(S\) is a \(C\)-semigroup. If \(X\) is an \(M\)-system and \(\text{Eq}(X)\neq\emptyset\), then \(X\) is minimal and equicontinuous.
