Large time behavior of solutions to Newtonian filtration equation with nonlinear boundary sources (Q2481742)

The authors consider the exterior problem of the multidimensional Newtonian filtration equation with nonlinear boundary sources \[ {\partial u\over\partial t}= \Delta_x u^m,\;(x,t)\in \mathbb{B}_1\times (0,+\infty), \] \[ {\partial u^m\over\partial\nu}= u^q(x,t),\;(x,t)\in\partial\mathbb{B}_1\times (0,+\infty), \] \[ u(x,0)= u_0(x),\quad x\in\mathbb{R}^N\setminus\mathbb{B}_1, \] where \(m> 1\), \(q\geq 0\), \(\mathbb{B}_1\subset\mathbb{R}^N\) is the closed unit ball with the unit interior normal \(\nu\). The authors mainly interested in the large time behaviour of solutions and show that there is much difference between one and multidimensional case.
