Kernel estimates for a class of Schrödinger semigroups (Q2481746)

The authors consider a Schrödinger operator \(H=-\Delta+V\) with nonnegative potential \(V\in L^1_{loc}({\mathbb R}^N)\). If \(V(x)=| x| ^\alpha+o(| x| ^\alpha)\) or potential \(V\) is radially increasing the short time estimates for the corresponding heat kernels are proved. These estimates generalize results of \textit{A. Sikora} [see Commun. Math. Phys. 188, No. 1, 233--249 (1997; Zbl 0884.35027)]. Kernel estimates for a class of Kolmogorov operators and asymptotic distribution of the eigenvalues are also considered.
