This paper is concerned with two initial value problems for integrodifferential equations. One of them is of fractional order between 1 and 2 and the other, between 0 and 1. The asymptotic behavior of solutions for \(t\to 0\) is studied. The results are obtained by using appropriate Lyapunov functions and is proved that any global bounded solution converges to a steady state of a related equation, if the nonlinear potential occurring in the equations satisfies the Łojasiewicz inequality.
