The author proves the use of semi-discretization techniques to obtain a discrete-time analogue of an impulsive neural network consisting of \(m\) elementary processing units governed by \[ \frac {dx_i(t)}{dt}=-a_ix_i(t) + \sum_{j=1}^{m}b_{ij}f_{j}(x_j(t))+c_i \] subject to some initial conditions. The essential results are included in the following sections: Exponential stability theorems; Computer simulations; Discussion.
