The authors develop an algorithm called meshless collocation based on Dirichlet-Neumann iteration. An initially theoretical foundation of the method followed by convergence and stability theorems is developed. Numerical experiments for the existence and uniqueness of the development are not presented. It is an interesting theoretical paper.
