The concept of a Galois connection has been applied to linking categories of \(L\)-fuzzy topological spaces with \(L\) a complete lattice. More precisely it has been shown that a Galois connection between the category of \(L\)-fuzzy topological spaces and the category of \(L_2\)-fuzzy topological spaces (here simply called \(L\)-topological spaces) is determined by an \(L_1\)-fuzzy topology on the lattice \(L_2\) (here \(L_1\) and \(L_2\) represent complete lattices tolerating in this way incomparability). Several previous established Galois connections by Kotzé and Kubiak, by Höhle and Šostak and by Li and Luo are shown to be particular cases of this Galois connection. In a second part the author considers the particular case when the first lattice \(L_1\) becomes a complete Heyting algebra.
