Let \(S^{n-1}\) be the unit sphere of \({\mathbb R}^n\) and let \(\Omega\in L^1(S^{n-1})\) be homogeneous of degree zero and satisfy the vanishing condition \(\int_{S^{n-1}}\Omega(\theta) \theta \,d\theta=0\). Let \(A\) be a function on \({\mathbb R}^n\) having derivatives of order one in \({\text{ BMO}}({\mathbb R}^n)\). Define the maximal multilinear singular integral operator \(T^{\ast}_A\) by \[ T^{\ast}_Af(x)=\sup_{\varepsilon>0}\Big|\int_{|x-y|>\varepsilon} {\Omega(x-y)\over |x-y|^{n+1}}(A(x)-A(y)-\nabla A(y)(x-y))f(y)\,dy\Big|. \] In this paper, the author proves the \(L^p\)-boundedness of \(T^{\ast}_A\) in which \(\Omega\) satisfies a weak regularity condition.
