The main aims of this paper is to study the dynamics of the FRW universe with global rotation. It is shown that the analysis of the model dynamics is more effective after rewriting the basic equation to the new form with dimensionless quantities. Then a two-dimensional dynamical system is obtained in which coefficients have a simple interpretation of a density parameter of fluid fulfilling the Universe in the present epoch. The presented formalism gives a natural base to discuss the influence of global rotation on acceleration of the Universe.
