Consider the system of ordinary differential equations \[ \frac{dX}{dt}+\Lambda(X)=\varepsilon F(\Phi(\tau)/\varepsilon,\tau), \quad X\in \mathbb{R}^2, \tau=\varepsilon t,\;0<\varepsilon \ll 1. \] Here, \(\Lambda(X)\) and \(F(\phi,\tau)\) are smooth functions, \(F(\phi,\tau)\) is \(2\pi\)-periodic with respect to \(\phi\) and \(\Phi(0)=0\). The system is assumed to be Hamiltonian. Also, it is assumed that the unperturbed system has an equilibrium at the origin of center-type. The goal of the author is to construct the asymptotics of a solution \(X(t,\varepsilon)\) for sufficiently small \(\varepsilon\), which is applicable on a large time interval \(0<t \leq O(\varepsilon^{-1})\).
