    It is considered the following problem: \[ \text{minimize}\;g(x(T)) \tag{1} \] subject to \[ \dot{x}\in F(t,x(t),x(t-\Delta))\quad \text{a.e.}\;[t_{0}, T], \] \[ x(t) =c(t)\;\forall{t} \in[t_{0}-\Delta,t_{0}),\quad x(t_{0})\in X_{0},\quad x(T)\in X_{1}, \tag{2} \] where \(X_{0}, X_{1} \subset \mathbb{R}^{n}\) are given nonempty closed subsets, \(F:\mathbb{R}\times\mathbb{R}^{n}\times\mathbb{R}^{n}\to P(\mathbb{R}^{n})\) is a given set-valued map, \(g:\mathbb{R}^{n}\to\mathbb{R}\) is a given function, \(\Delta\in(0,T-t_{0})\) and \(c:[t_{0}-\Delta,t_{0})\to\mathbb{R}^{n}\) is a given essentially bounded function. \newline The second-order necessary conditions for the problem (1), (2) is obtained in the paper.
