In the framework of two-scale convergence, the autor deals with approximate properties of variable measures, which are used in average on periodic thin and composite structures. A review is given of methods for verifying approximate conditions for natural measures. The main focus is on composite measures, which are far less studied and characterized reinforced (or composite) media with a thin reinforcing. The approximate properties are discussed from the point of view of elasticity theory.
