Ozawa, Ueda, Yi and several others have obtained some interesting results on the shared values of two functions (entire or meromorphic ) with some restrictions on the zeros and poles. \textit{I. Lahiri}, ''On a result of Ozawa concerning uniqueness of meromorphic functions''. [J. Math. Anal. Appl 271, 206-216 (2002; Zbl 1008.30017)] improved these results by the idea of weighted shared values and obtained some results in this direction. We write that two non-constant meromorphic functions \(f\) and \(g\) share \((a,l)\)\((a\in C\cup\left\{\infty\right\},\) and \(l \) a non-negative integer or \(\infty\))to mean \(f\) and \(g\) share the value \(a\) with weight \(l\). In this paper, the author uses the same idea of weighted shared values and makes some interesting observations by improving the results of Lahiri. One such interesting result is the following \textbf{Theorem 1.}Let \(f\) and \(g\) be two transcendental meromorphic functions sharing \((a_{1},k _{1}),(a_{2},k_{2}),\) and \((a_{3},k_{3}),\) where \(\left\{a_{1},a_{2},a_{3}\right\}=\left\{0,1,\infty\right\}\) and \(k_{1},k_{2},k_{3}\) are three positive integers satisfying \[ k_{1}k_{2}k_{3}-k_{1}-k_{2}-k_{3}-2>0. \] If \[ 2\delta_{1)}(0,f)+2\delta_{1)}(\infty,f)+\sum_{a\neq0,1,\infty}\delta _{2)}(a,f)>3 \] or \[ 2\delta_{1)}(0,g)+2\delta_{1)}(\infty,g)+\sum_{a\neq0,1,\infty}\delta _{2)}(a,g)>3, \] then \(f\equiv g\) or \(fg\equiv 1.\)
