A subsemigroup \(T\) of a semigroup \(S\) is called a \(\rho\)-cross-section of an equivalence relation \(\rho\) on \(S\) if \(T\) contains exactly one element from every equivalence class. The authors give a classification of all cross-sections of Green's relations \(\mathcal L\) and \(\mathcal R\) in the Brauer semigroup \(\mathfrak B_n\). A class of \(\mathcal R\)-cross-sections called canonical is completely determined. Every cross-section in \(\mathfrak B_n\) is \(S_n\)-conjugated to a canonical \(\mathcal R\)-cross-section. For \(n<7\) all \(\mathcal R\)-cross-sections are found. For \(n\geq 7\) there are \(n!\) different \(\mathcal R\)-cross-sections. Half of them are \(S_n\)-conjugated to the so-called regular canonical \(\mathcal R\)-cross-section, and half of them are \(S_n\)-conjugated to the so-called alternating canonical \(\mathcal R\)-cross-section.
