The paper is devoted to the definition of new clases of generalized invex monotone and invex cocoercive mappings. After the first introductory section, a preliminary one is given containing all the definitions concerning generalized monotonicity; invexity and invex monotonicity required for the study. Invex monotonicity and invex function are a generalization of the classical concepts of monotonicity and convex functions. In the third and fourth section of the paper the new classes are defined togheter with a lot of properties, examples and counterexamples. Among others the authors introduce the new concepts of monotonicity called: (pseudo) invex monotone plus and; (pseudo) invex cocoercive. They are suitable generalizations of the concepts (pseudo) monotone plus and (pseudo) cocoercive (due to Crouzeix, Marcotte and Zhu). In the section 5 the differential characterization of the new classes proposed is provided. The application of the new concepts to the, so called, variational-like inequalitry problem is discussed in the last section 6. The paper contains various very usefull figures representing the relationships between the many different concepts used.
