The authors establish existence and uniqueness of a solution to \(y^{(n)}=f(t,y,y',\ldots,y^{(n-1)})\) subject to boundary conditions of the form \(L_i(y)=y_i,\) where \(L_i:C^{(n-1)}[a,b]\rightarrow\mathbb{R}\) is linear for \(i=1,2,\dots,n,t_i\in (a,b)\) and \(t_1<t_2<\cdots<t_n\), \(L_i(y)=\alpha_{i1}y(t_i)+\alpha_{i2}y'(t_i)+\dots+\alpha_{in}y^{(n-1)}(t_i)\), and \(\alpha_{ij}\in\mathbb{R}\), where \(f\) is bounded and that the homogeneous and the linear variational problem have a unique solution.
