The authors examine second-order nonautonomous differential equations with piecewise constant arguments of the following type \[ x''(t)+ (\alpha(t)- \beta(t))x'(t)- (\beta'(t)+ \alpha(t)\beta(t)) x(t)+ c(t) x'([t])+ d(t) x([t])= \sigma(t), \] with \(x(0)= x(T)\), \(x'(0)= x'(T)+\lambda\). The unique solution is expressed by means of the Green's function for the problem.
