The computation of scattering amplitudes in perturbative Yang-Mills theory simplifies when formulated in a twistor space. Recent studies [\textit{E.\ Witten}, Commun. Math. Phys. 252, No. 1--3, 189--258 (2004; Zbl 1105.81061), hep-th/0312171; \textit{F.\ Cachazo, P.\ Svrcek} and \textit{E.\ Witten}, JHEP 0410:077 (2004), hep-th/0409245] have extended earlier results [\textit{S.\ Parke} and \textit{T.\ Taylor}, Phys.\ Rev.\ Lett.\ 56, 2459 (1986); \textit{F.\ Behrends} and \textit{W.\ Giele}, Nucl.\ Phys.\ B306, 759 (1988)] in this direction. However, the obvious left-right symmetry (parity invariance) of the theory is obscure in this formalism. It is shown in the present paper that the amplitudes in twistor space are parity invariant: The amplitude of \(p\) positive and \(q\) negative helicity gluons is given as an integral in which the integration region is symmetric under the exchange of \(p\) and \(q\). At tree level, it is further proved that the measure is also symmetric under the interchange.
