The paper develops an issue of parabolically rescaled solutions of Burgers and KPZ equations. They serve as appproximations to the hyperbolically rescaled solutions. Second and higher-order spectral densities of spatially homogeneous random fields, due to singular non-Gaussian initial conditions, are found. These closed forms may be further used in the statistical estimation of random fields. The major attitude of the authors is to exploit the non-Gaussian noise: singular properties of higher-order spectral densities provide an insight into the Burgers and KPZ turbulence that is complementary to the one obtained by means of more familiar (vanishing) viscosity methods.
