The authors derive a wall crossing formula for the symplectic vortex invariants of toric manifolds, and prove Batyrev's conjecture for the quantum cohomology of a monotone toric manifold with minimal Chern number at least two. In section two, the symplectic vortex equations are reviewed, and the symplectic vortex invariants \(\Phi_{\lambda, g}^{\rho, \tau}(\alpha)\) are defined. In section three, the authors formulate the wall crossing formula for the symplectic vortex invariants \(\Phi_{\lambda, g}^{\rho, \tau}(\alpha)\). Section four is devoted to the proof of the wall crossing formula. The main idea is to use a cobordism argument, the equivariant Euler class, localization and the index formula. The wall crossing formula is applied in section five to compute the genus zero invariants. As an application, the authors determine the quantum cohomology of a monotone toric manifold with minimal Chern number at least two and thus verify Batyrev's conjecture for this manifold. It should be noted that it has been known that Batyrev's conjecture for toric varieties is false in general.
