The work can be considered as a continuation of the study of disordered lattice gases conducted in [\textit{A. Faggionato} and \textit{F. Martinelli}, ``Hydrodynamic limit of a disordered lattice gas'', Probab. Theory Relat. Fields 127, No. 4, 535--608 (2003; Zbl 1052.60083)]. Here the case of `colored' particles is considered. This means that the possible configurations at a given lattice site are \(\eta_x = 0, 1 , 2. \dots | I| \), where the zero value means empty configuration. The main result is an estimate of the closeness between canonical and grand canonical Gibbs measures.
