In 1985, W. Thurston showed that the conformal map in the Riemann Mapping Theorem can be approximated by circle packing isomorphisms of the unit disk. In 1987, \textit{B. Rodin} and \textit{D. Sullivan} [J. Differ. Geom. 26, 349--360 (1987; Zbl 0694.30006)] proved that this approximating scheme converges to the Riemann Map. In 1990, \textit{Zheng-Xu He} [Trans. Am. Math. Soc. 322, No.~2, 657--670 (1990; Zbl 0714.30012)] devised a numerical algorithm for approximating the solutions to the Beltrami equations \(\partial_{\overline{z}}f(z)=\mu\partial_{z}f(z)\) a.e. on a Jordan region \(\Omega\), based on the circle packing method, as a method for approximating the Riemann Map. He also proved that these approximating solutions converged. In this paper, the authors give estimates for the rate of convergence of the numerical model developed by He.
