    This article deals with the oscillatory behavior of all solutions of nonautonomous neutral dynamic delay equations on time scales of the form \[ (x(t)-p(t)x[g(t)])^\Delta+H(t,x[h(t)])+G(t,x[r(t)])=0. \] A time scale \(\mathbb{T}\) is a closed subset of the set \(\mathbb{R}\) of real numbers with the topology and ordering inherited from \(\mathbb{R}\) along with the forward jump operator \(\sigma(t):=\inf\{s\in \mathbb{T}:s>t\}\) and the backward jump operator \(\rho(t):=\sup\{s\in \mathbb{T}:s<t\}\). For a function \(f: \mathbb{T}\rightarrow \mathbb{R}\), \(f^\Delta(t)\) is the so-called delta-derivative of \(f\) at \(t\in \mathbb{T}\) defined by \[ f^\Delta(t)=\lim_{s\rightarrow t}\frac{f(\sigma(t))-f(s)}{\sigma(t)-s}. \]
