The authors introduce a concept of local conjugation of a continuously differentiable mapping (in the Fréchet sense) between two Banach manifolds. Semi-Fredholm linear mappings between two-Banach manifolds, which are local conjugates, are characterized. Local conjugates of mappings with finite rank derivatives are also characterized.
