Let \((M^{2n+1},\varphi,\xi,\eta,g)\) be an almost contact metric manifold, \(\Phi(X,Y)=g(\varphi X,Y)\) the fundamental 2-form and \(AX=-\nabla_X \xi\), \(h=\frac 12 L\varphi\). The almost contact metric manifold is called almost cosymplectic if the forms \(\eta\) and \(\Phi\) are closed. Let \(M\) be an almost cosymplectic manifold. Let \(\mathcal{F}\) be the codimension 1 foliation of \(M\) generated by the integrable distribution \(D=\ker \eta\). Let \(\mathcal{R}_{\eta}(M)\) be the ring of smooth functions on \(M\) for which \(df\wedge \eta =0\), or equivalently \(df=df(\xi)\eta\). A \(D\)-homothetic deformation of \((\varphi,\xi,\eta,g)\) into a new cosymplectic structure \((\varphi',\xi',\eta',g')\) is defined as follows \(\varphi'= \varphi\), \(\xi'=\frac{1}{\beta}\xi\), \(\eta'=\beta\eta\), \(g'=\alpha g+ (\beta^2 -\alpha)\eta\otimes \eta\), where \(\alpha\) is a positive constant and \(\beta\in \mathcal{R}_{\eta}(M)\). If the curvature operator \(R\) of an almost cosymplectic manifold \(M\) satisfies the condition \(R(X,Y)\xi=\eta(Y)PX-\eta(X)PY\), where \(p=\kappa I+\mu h +\nu A\), \(\kappa, \mu, \nu \in \mathcal{R}_{\eta}(M)\), then \(M\) is called an almost cosymplectic \((\kappa, \mu, \nu)\)-space. Let \(M\) be an almost cosymplectic \((\kappa, \mu, \nu)\)-space with \(\kappa <0\), then: (1) the leaves of the canonical foliation \(\mathcal{F}\) of \(M\) are locally flat Kählerian manifolds; (2) the almost cosymplectic structure of \(M\) can be \(D\)-homothetically transformed to an almost cosymplectic \((-1, \mu', 0)\)-structure with \(\mu'=\mu/\sqrt{-\kappa}\). This means, that the almost cosymplectic \((-1, \mu', 0)\)-space is of special interest. In the present paper, a complete local description of almost cosymplectic \((-1, \mu, 0)\)-spaces is established: models of such spaces are constructed, and it is noted that a given almost cosymplectic \((-1, \mu, 0)\)-space is locally isomorphic to a corresponding model. In the case when \(\mu\) is constant, the models can be constructed on the whole of \(\mathbb{R}^{2n+1}\) and it is shown that they are left invariant with respect to Lie group actions.
