The author shows that if \(X\) is an \(n\)-dimensional Stein space with isolated singular points, if we consider the Whitney cones \(C_{5} (x,X)\) and if \( N(X):= \max \{[n/2] + n + 1, 3, \max\{\dim C_{5} (x,X): x \in X\}\}\) then there exists a proper holomorphic injective map \(f : X \rightarrow \mathbb{C}^{N(X)}\), which is regular on \(\text{Reg}(X)\). The definitions and the properties of the Whitney tangent cones and some previous results necessary for the understanding of the proof are also presented.
