For a bounded two-dimensional multiply connected domain with piecewise analytic boundary it is considered a coupled system of differential and potential equations. The system contains a hypersingular integral operator, and englobes the Biot-Savart formula. The system models a conducting surface for the quasistationary approximation of the Maxwell equations where on the boundary holes it is considered the non-flow condition and on the exterior boundary it is given the normal component of the current. A finite element method on triangular grids is applied to the problem, leading to consequent numerical results, and a computation acceleration procedure is also described.
