The note studies the natural homomorphism of Lie pseudoalgebras from local vector fields to local rotations, on a Riemannian manifold \((M,g)\). The uniqueness of this homomorphism is proved under the assumption that it can be developed as a power series in \(h\) for \(g=\delta+h\), where \(\delta\) is the flat metric.
