Let \(M\) be a complete \(m\)-dimensional Riemannian manifold with Riemannian metric \(g\), let \(g'\) be a metric uniformly equivalent to \(g\) on~\(M\), and let \(H_l^p(M, g')\) be the space of harmonic \(p\)-forms of polynomial growth whose growth order is \(l\) at most. Generalizing results known for the very metric~\(g\) (including those in [\textit{P.~Li}, Math. Res. Lett. 4, No. 1, 35--44 (1997; Zbl 0880.53039)]), the authors prove that, if the lower bound of the curvature operator on \(M\) (of the Ricci curvature) is nonnegative and \(p>1\) (\(p=1\), respectively), then there are constants \(C>0\) and \(\nu>2\) such that \(\dim H_l^p(M, g')\leq Cl^\nu\) for any \(l\), \(l\geq1\). Some applications are indicated.
