In this paper the following result is shown: Let \(D\) be a regular, strictly convex bounded domain in \({\mathbb R}^3\), and \(\Gamma\subset\partial D\) a Jordan curve. Then, for each \(\varepsilon >0\), there exists a complete proper minimal immersion \(\psi\Delta\to D\) such that the Hausdorff distance satisfies \(\delta^{H}(\psi_{\varepsilon}(\partial\Delta ),\Gamma )<\varepsilon\), where \(\psi_{\varepsilon}(\partial\Delta )\) represents the limit set of the minimal disk \(\psi_{\varepsilon}(\Delta )\). This result has some interesting consequences. Among other things, the authors prove that any bounded regular domain \(M\) in \({\mathbb R}^3\) admits a complete proper minimal immersion \(\psi :\Delta\to M\). Part I, see Duke Math. J. 128, No. 3, 559--593 (2005; Zbl 1082.53009).
