The paper under review solves the problem posed on page 206 of [\textit{A. E. Brouwer, A. M. Cohen} and \textit{A. Neumaier}, Distance-regular graphs. Ergebnisse der Mathematik und ihrer Grenzgebiete. 3. Folge, 18. Berlin etc.: Springer-Verlag (1989; Zbl 0747.05073)], i.e., it fills in the gap discovered by E. M. Lambeck in the paper [\textit{A. E. Brouwer} and \textit{H. A. Wilbrink}, Geom. Dedicata 14, 145--176 (1983; Zbl 0521.51013)] (due to an arithmetical error in line 6 on page 172).
