This paper deals with almost-periodic linear differential equations of the form \[ x'=A(t)x+b(t), \tag{1} \] where both the matrix A(t) and the vector b(t) are almost-periodic. Applying the theory of topological groups and some ideas of \textit{V. V. Zhikov} and \textit{B. H. Levitan } [Favard theory. Russ. Math. Surv. 32, No.2, 129-180 (1977; Zbl 0378.34049)], the authors prove that equation (1) has bounded solutions but none of them is almost-periodic if the associated homogeneous system has homoclinic solutions.
