Let \(Q\) be a finite loop, \(M(Q)\) is the multiplication group of \(Q\), \(I(Q)\) is the inner mapping group of \(Q\), \(M_0\) is the normal closure of \(I(Q)\) in \(M(Q)\). Several properties concerning \(M_0\) are obtained and some properties of \(M_0\) which guarantee the nilpotency of degree at most two of \(Q\) are found.
