    An antiplectic pair consists of two Euler-Poincaré type flows, one flow taking place on a Poisson manifold, while the other on a slightly degenerate symplectic manifold. In this paper, the author studies the antiplectic structure of the generalized KdV equation and the generalized Camassa-Holm equation. In the first case, it is shown that the generalized KdV flows take place on the space of projective connections and that the generalized Schwarzian KdV evolves on the space of immersion curves. The derivation of the generalized Camassa-Holm equation is presented as induced by the Euler-Poincaré flow with respect to the \(H^1\) metric.
