\textit{N. Seiberg} and \textit{E. Witten} [Nuclear Phys. 426, 19--52 (1994; Zbl 0996.81510)] solved the low energy behaviour of the pure \(N=2\) Super Yang-Mills theory in terms of a prepotential. The prepotential consists of several ingredients including a family of Riemann surfaces, a meromorphic differential and a selection of cycles on the surfaces. In this paper the author reviews the relation between the prepotenial and integrable systems more precisely the periodic Toda chain of \textit{A. Gorsky, I. M. Krichever, A. Marshakov, A. Mironov} and \textit{A. Morozov} [Phys. Lett. 355, 466--474 (1995; Zbl 0997.81567)]. Moreover the author verifies that the prepotential satisfies the generalized WDVV (Witten-Dijkgraaf-Verlinde-Verlinde) equations.
