The authors study the quasilinear differential equation \[ -(r^{N-1} |u'|^{p-2} u')'=r^{N-1}|u|^{\delta-1}u,\;r\in(0,1), \] with the conditions \[ \lim_{r\to 0^+} u(r)=\pm\infty,\quad u(1)=0, \] with \(N>p>1\) and \(\delta>p-1\). They show that if \(\delta<\frac{N(p-1)+p}{N-p}\) then for any \(n\in\mathbb{N}\) the above problem has at least two singular solutions \(u_n\), \(v_n\), which have exactly \(n\) zeros in \((0,1)\) and which satisfy, respectively, \[ \lim_{r\to 0^+}u_n(r)=+\infty\text{ and }\lim_{r\to 0^+}v_n(r)=-\infty. \]
