From the introduction: We show how the use of paradifferential calculus allows one to characterize the multipliers from \(\dot{H}^r\) to \(\dot{H}^s \;(|s|<r<\frac{d}{2})\) as fractional derivatives of paramultipliers of \(\dot{H}^r\).
